Lucas Siegel is a financial engineer turned entrepreneur. For 5 years Siegel worked with the investment arm of a Houston family office in creating non-correlated asset management alternatives. Previous funds he has worked on took a blended capital approach allowing him to understand what institutional investors, high net worth clients, family offices and RIA’s are looking for. Siegel attended The Leeds School of Business studying marketing and entrepreneurship where he was elected Vice President of the student body. During his time in college he saw the need to develop a product that was a safe and effective alternative to prescription medications that were being abused by students in order to keep up with heavy workloads and concentrate on their studies. In 2012 Siegel and Piskorz founded Capital Peak Investments, LLC with the idea of creating brands that would provide America with disruptive solutions in the healthcare, energy, real estate, transportation and consumer products sectors.
Matthew is a financial engineer with the conviction that innovative financial products will solve some of the world’s greatest challenges. His first experiences with finance started early in high school, when he began trading equity derivatives with his calculus teacher. Ever since, he has had an undying passion for creating value in capital markets. During his time studying quantitative finance at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Matthew played an integral part in the creation of structured finance products for solar development at RiverRock. Prior to RiverRock, he worked at one of the largest private investment companies in Colorado. He has experience in bringing together teams of software developers to create innovative new products and he enjoys crystalizing the financial realities of structured finance and private equity transactions. In 2012 Siegel and Piskorz founded Capital Peak Investments, LLC with the idea of investing in brands and companies that would provide America with disruptive solutions in the healthcare, energy, real estate, transportation and consumer products sectors. Matthew has a passion for pushing the envelope of human performance and holds a B.A. in finance from the University of Colorado.
Allen Bale, Jr.
Allen Bale, Jr. designs customer/client relation architecture for CPI brands. He started with CPI while working with the brand OptiMind. Originally brought on to manage customer support, Allen now oversees and trains customer support teams on-site and remotely. He also develops responsive, data-driven customer journeys. Growing up, Allen saw a need for more positive interactions between people. After graduating from a magnet school, he spent 2 years working with a non-profit. He organized fundraising and trained new staff in three states. This experience taught him how to lead a team, to turn any interaction into a positive one for everyone involved, and to influence others. In 2014, he switched gears and helped start a health food eatery in Asbury Park, NJ. Allen assisted in branding, sales, and product development. Working on a small team, he developed a natural foods brand. This was his first opportunity to express his entrepreneurial talent. He currently is developing scalable customer support strategies for brand creation.
Seung leverages technology to solve problems and make people’s live easier. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in computer science, Seung helped several companies while doing software consulting. He focused on creating and improving internal processes for peak performance. Seung also worked with ShipStation during its startup phase. He was responsible for fixing bugs, integrating with 3rd parties, reporting, and internal utility tools. He also developed new features to the application, such as services, UI, and data layer. After moving to Houston, he joined Capital Peak Investments, LLC.
Chelcie Piasio manages content across digital platforms for CPI brands. She also helps create new products and their brands. Chelcie has written and curated personalized, behavior-driven emails, high-ranking search-engine optimized blog posts, and content-rich websites. She leverages her skills in psychographics to produce content that surpasses industry standards for various metrics. Originally, she trained in content creation while studying Writing & Literature at Emerson College. Later, Chelcie studied psychology and researched under Dr. Lewandowski, Jr. and Dr. John Bargh. It was through this experience that she learned adaptive marketing insights, testing strategies, and a persistent curiosity over behavior. After graduating magna cum laude, Chelcie worked with non-profits. It was there that she learned to grab attention, maintain, and persuade. In 2014, she built her first brand while working with a healthy eatery startup. Chelcie started with CPI while working with OptiMind. She is currently building a streamlined process for launching products and optimizing consumer experience.
Tyler Semerdjian is a marketing virtuoso and entrepreneur. He started his first company while in High School. Since then, he has pioneered new age marketing strategies with multi-million dollar corporations and start-ups. While pursuing his B.S. in marketing and entrepreneurship at The University of Colorado, he founded what would become the largest club at The Leeds School of Business. It was here he met Lucas Siegel, eventually taking over his previous role as Vice President of the student body. For exemplary leadership and positive impact while his degree, Tyler graduated with “The Leeds Impact Award.” As an avid skier and snowboarder, he started his first Internet venture in digital acquisition. He learned the ropes of media trading, multi-funnel attribution and digital marketing as it pertains to direct impact on bottom line. These skills helped kick start a natural food industry company. Tyler’s current obsessions relate to disruption of inefficient markets through unique framing of the status quo paired with emerging innovative technology-driven solutions.
Megan is a customer service guru with a passion for working directly with clients and consumers. With over ten years of experience in the service industry, Megan is delighted to be one of the voices of Capital Peak Investments, LLC.

Sean Gallagher is pursuing his bachelors of business administration in finance from the University of Houston. Having a passion for capital markets and technology, he started trading at 12 years old. Sean broadened his entrepreneurial mind while helping a startup with capital consulting and sales. He’s now learning the infrastructure of a startup by working with marketing, advertising, sales, and brand development. Sean assisted in creating content and copy for blog posts, landing pages, and video for CPI brands. He’s currently developing strategies for media trading and landing page optimization.
